TWO FACE

There are 2 sides to every story, and naturally, since you're reading my blog you only get to hear my side of things. As most of you know, I have been talking to Quilter again. I've been telling him about my blog and how therapeutic I have found it to be. He asked me if anyone was ever going to hear his side of the story, because he thinks that I have portrayed him as a horrible monster and that my friends (Paul and Alex) will never be able to move past that. Since he knows how important they are to me, he feels that will be a problem in the future for all of us.
I have portrayed him as a horrible monster, I will admit that. Heck, just look at my past posts on the subject of the Quilter and Bi-Sexual Boyfriend--you can touch the venom coming off of the page, but he is right! You do only hear my side of things. I just wanted to point that out to all of you.

CRAP

What a fucking shitty weekend!
1.) The gay bar in this town SUCKS! I don't mind that there is no air conditioning, but can they at least play some fun dance music instead of rap?
2.) Tim and I argued the entire weekend, thus my mood had been really bad.
3.) Argh!

Infinity

One of my favorite books from the 80's was INFINITY INC. from DC Comics. I thought it was really cool that the children of Earth-2's greatest super-heroes would form their own team. Although most of the characters still exist today in the JSA title, I really do miss them in their own book.

TITANS SUCK!

Just what the fuck is wrong over at DC Comics? The new Titans title by Judd Winack is terrible. I really do love those characters, but I am dropping the book.

Rest In Peace

God bless Michael Turner.

Dynamo 5

Here's a character from yet another title you're probably not reading! This attractive young man is the telepathic hero SCATTERBRAIN from the incredibly written series DYNAMO 5. DYNAMO 5 is the story of 5 young people, who discover that they are all related to the legendary hero Captain Dynamo! Check it out!

Questions

I haven't been able to keep a secret since I was 9 years old, so listing 5 unknown facts about myself is going to be pretty hard. Here goes!

1.) I perfer straight porn to gay porn. Why? The guys in straight porn are more my "type" and they don't seem to be as bitchy as the gay porn stars. In case you're wondering, I'm not bi-sexual!

2.) Since Christopher and Alex both listed one celebrity that they think is over, I'm gonna throw another name in the hat: Janet Jackson. I can't tell you how much I have disliked her last couple of albums. While we are at it, Brad Pitt is not all that!!

3.) I love GONE WITH THE WIND. Every time I am depressed, I usually watch it. It just makes me feel good.

4.) I enjoy country music.

5.) I love to play with action figures.

WITCH

I love this picture.

I CAN READ MINDS

Don't be mad at me.
I talked to the Quilter yesterday.
I know that this doesn't shock the 4 of you who even bother to read this damn blog, but I did indeed talk to him. Although it was very brief, he basically apologized for his behavior and asked me to forgive him. He even said that he hoped one day I would be willing to give him another chance, once he was able to prove to me how much he loved me. It was nice to hear, I admit. I no longer hate him (and yes, a small part of me still loves him!), but I'm in a better place with him not being in my life. Plus, a lot of things I may be--but baby, second place has never been one of them.
Like you, I want to know the $10,000 question: WHY NOW? Did Bi-Sexual Boyfriend and Quilter finally call it quits? What happened? Was it because of anal leakage? I want to know.

You're Not a Wonder, Wonder Woman!

I just finished reading the latest issue of Wonder Woman (#21 to be exact) and was once again, just not impressed. Writer Gail Simone is brilliant--BIRDS OF PREY was fun, but her version of WW is really...slow. This book is in trouble.

FRIDAY THE 13th
I love all of the Friday the 13th movies--even the incredibly bad Jason Takes Manhattan. Remember to avoid drugs and casual sex!

DANTE'S BORING STORY

Since my dear friend WonderMan (I still don't know your real name!) already beat me to complaing about DANTE'S COVE, I thought I'd put in my two cents on DANTE'S COVE/THE LAIR .
My problems with DANTE'S COVE/THE LAIR are:
1. Hire actors that can ACT. I'm happy that many of the boys look good, but very few of them can actually convince me that they are fighting the supernatural.
2. Not all gay men have wash board stomachs.
3. Sex. Sex. Sex. It has to advance the plot sometimes. Even in porn it moves the story along.
4. Ryan! I love him! Give him a script!

Yay

OH MY GOD! SHE'S BACK!

FEAR

I was actually impressed with the first episode of the new NBC series FEAR ITSELF, despite it being made by people who brought us the extremely disappointing MASTERS OF HORROR series on Showtime (I mean, only 3 of those espisodes were worth even talking about!). Let's hope that enough people will be able to support this new show.

SEX AND THE CITY TAKES OVER THE WORLD

This was probably one of the worst weekends of my life. I had gotten home from work and received some disappointing news in the mail, which sent me into a spiral of tears and depression. Without even a second thought, my friends (and Tim) were at my side to keep me company and make me laugh throughout the entire weekend. Our Friday night adventure of seeing SEX AND THE CITY was a blast! The movie was sold out and was just so much fun! You could hear so many people in the audience saying "Oh, I'm the Carrie of my group!" and having a good time with their friends. I'm happy to say that I'm the Miranda of my group. Real friends are always there for you and support you when things are rough, not just when everything is going great. I'm lucky. I love you guys.

The Strangers

Paul and I went and saw THE STRANGERS on Saturday. The film is okay, but sadly, a victim of too much hype from film critics who have been proclaiming this film to be the "return of horror" to the movies. It had moments of "boo!" which made me jump, but it certainly won't be considered a horror classic.
