I have officially started my diet as of last night. I even shocked myself by getting on the treadmill today and have even tried to eat more healthy. When I got on the scale this morning, it said that I was 235.5 lb--which is the most I have ever weighed in my life. My goal is to hit 200 lbs, but I would like to see myself at 180 lbs. I just want to be in better shape.
